Challenging Environment for Primary Care
GPs are Taking Collective Action - We need improved funding from the government so that we can improve the provision of services for our patients.
SouthEast Family Practice is taking steps to prioritise NHS Patient Care:
- We will no longer be able to Organise Ambulances for Hospital Outpatient Appointments- You should contact the trust to arrange this instead.
- If you Have Investigations carried out privately, you should ensure that these are discussed with the Private Clinician who recommended them or arrange appropriate Follow up care with the provider who completed the tests.
- If You have tests arranged by the hospital or a specialist, you should seek and discuss the results with the appropriate secondary care team.
YOU CAN NOW CONTACT US ONLINE VIA PATIENT SERVICES TO REQUEST A TELEPHONE OR FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION.
