Did you know that SouthEast Family Practice issues over 14000 prescriptions on a weekly basis?

The practice has a system to try to best ensure these medicines are issued safely and correctly, with medicines regularly reviewed by prescribers.

We do our best to ensure your prescriptions are ready for you, but sometimes issues may arise that make this more difficult.  Please try to order medicines in good time and please don't phone to check on the progress of your prescription, as this may make it more difficult for patients with urgent medical problems.

If you are having recurrent issues with your prescriptions- please DO contact the practice, so that we can try to help resolve any difficulties.

At Present it is not possible to register for online access, this is due to upcoming Clinical System Change.  Patients who are already registered can continue to use patient services online ordering up until 15th June at 6pm. This page will be updated with information on how to register for New Patient Access online service once we are live with our new clinical system after 23rd June.
